I have had the privilege of receiving help from three different ladies (관리사님) through Mom's Manager, as our child was born early and I also subsequently decided to extend the service.  I simply do not know what I would have done without them and am so grateful for all they have done for our family.  I would like to highlight three things that come to my mind when looking back at those weeks.

1. They dealt with our baby with the utmost care, diligence and tenderness.  I felt completely at peace leaving my newborn in the hands of these ladies from the very first day.  It was very obvious that they had a lot of experience working with infants and I especially appreciated them showing me how to care for our newborn.
2. They were extremely hardworking.  They held and played with the baby, changed diapers, helped me with breastfeeding, gave me a massage, prepared three nutritious meals, washed all the dishes, sterilized the bottles, bathed our baby, tidied up our home, did the baby's laundry all in one day.  I was quite blown away by their industriousness.  There was never an idle moment.
3. They helped me cope with the difficulties of being a first-time mom.  It was so important that there was someone I could talk to whenever I felt helpless or down.  All of them were so kind and encouraging and I believe that I didn't suffer from postpartum depression largely because I had such wonderful companionship during those challenging weeks.

I would recommend the services of Mom's Manager without any reservation.  Special thanks to Ms. Park who kindly reorganized the schedule when my baby was born early, and Ramona, an extraordinary, passionate RMT whose work was crucial in healing my carpal tunnel syndrome.  Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
